Opening Hours and Membership Fees
The Gym and Fitness Club is open:
Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm
Sunday CLOSED
The one off joining fee is £20 with the subsequent monthly membership being £20 per month. Membership can be paid monthly on the first of the month or in advance. If you are paying up front for a year, you will receive 12 months membership for the price of 11 months.

The Sports Centre at Yorebridge in Askrigg has opened another section to its facilities. The first section opened in early 2006 with a multi use games area, including flood lighting, and which is used regularly by children and adults for football and tennis.
The section opened on 17 November was a gym and fitness room. The gym consists of treadmills, rowing machines, an upright, exercise bike, recelined exercise bike, trainer and muti gyms. weights, and free weights. The fitness room has classes for yoga, line dancing, aerobics. gentle exercies for the over 50s and circuit training. It has samll trampolines, medicine balls, skipping ropes a boxing bag and gloves.
Mrs Ball and many guests were welcomed by Yvonne Peacock, Chairman of Yorebridge Sports Development Association. She stressed that the project had been carried out by community effort, many voluntary helpers, local fund raising, as well as grants. Mrs Ball whose daughter had been an instructor at Low Mill Outdoor Centre and was a volunteer at Yorebridge, hoped everyone who used the new facilities would enjoy them, and have fun.
A bouquet of flowers was presented to Mrs Ball by Sophie Hammond. Guests enjoyed wine and canapies as well as helping to raise during the morning by a tombola, raffle and craft stalls.
